The rates you have booked for are guaranteed if your booking was made with the Ibis Hotel before 19 April 2024.
For prepaid bookings, a full refund of your booking will be made by the Ibis Hotel (if this has not been the case, please see the next question in this FAQ).
You will need to make a new payment to Coucou&Co for your stay. To do this, you will receive an email from us with the conditions and a payment link. If the payment conditions are not met, we will be forced to cancel your booking. Please note that Coucou&Co’s the payment terms apply: 50% deposit for bookings more than 30 days in advance, 100% deposit for bookings within 30 days.
Nonanteneuf Sierre does not offer catering. If you have ordered breakfast, this has been deducted from your booking. However, you can still have breakfast at the ATable restaurant. To do so, please contact them directly.
To guarantee your reservation, we ask you to pay, through a payment link, a deposit of CHF 200 before check-in. This deposit is intended to cover any damage caused during your stay or additional cleaning time. This deposit is refunded five days after your departure, which gives us time to clean the accommodation and check its condition. It may then take up to 10 days for the amount to appear on your credit card statement.
