Comprehensive insurance cover for homeowners. Allianz Home Sharing insurance covers following:

Damage to household contents

Damage to fittings provided to the guest for his/her use during the rental period (such as a damaged sofa or a broken vase)
Insured at replacement value

Damage to the building

Damage to the rented premises including fixtures (such as damage to a window or a parquet flooring)
Insured at replacement value

In the capacity of tenant:

Assumption of the difference if your existing personal liability cover does not pay for damage or only pays part of it (complementary cover)
Assumption of the contractually agreed deductible for personal liability

Costs of changing locks

Assumption of the costs of changing locks resulting from the loss of the apartment keys

Sum insured

Comprehensive cover up to CHF 5,000 per rental contract of CHF 20,000 per rental property per year

Deductible

CHF 100 per claim
